Harden Gypsum Floor Underlayment

This abrasion produces dusting, and this dusting interferes with the adhesive bond of glues, resulting in flooring problems. The industry typically recommends a latex sealer to resolve this problem. However, latex sealers are known to be chemically incompatible when used with gypsum, and they leave a surface membrane which further interferes with proper bonding of glues.
